"How Do I Make My _______ Better?"

I hope your week is going smooth and productive, but if not, I need you to remember one thing….
Bad days and even weeks don’t equate to a bad life. Dictate your outlook accordingly.
Now that we got that cliché, corny, but highly accurate statement out of the way, I wanted to provide you some value today and help you improve on any body part you may feel you’re lagging on, and offer you some additional information that you in turn can share and help someone else looking to do the same.
We all have a body part we may be either self-conscious about, or just want to make better…
I want you to quit…

As we’re about to start a new week, I wanted to send a quick message. Although I want to get right to the point, I also want to ensure it’s powerful enough to resonate, and have some sort of meaningful impact.
At the end of the day no matter where we are in life, there will always be things we can improve on, do better at, or simply implement into our daily routines to experience a higher quality of life.

Setting goals isn’t enough…
Writing down goals isn’t enough…
Defining your specific reasons for wanting to accomplish said goals, you guessed it, isn’t enough.
This may seem somewhat contradictory to things I’ve put out there in the past, but bare with me a moment if you could.
TRUE LIFE: For most of us, including and especially myself, there remains a massive bridge between what we want (our goal) and just how the hell we’re supposed to arrive there.

Lose fat in only 1 hour p/week

Throughout my life I’ve found that achieving results at the highest level doesn’t always require the max number of hours invested toward a certain task, rather making sure you’re just being as efficient as possible in the time you allocate toward said task.

Are you familiar with the law of attraction? If not allow me to clarify….
The law of attraction is the name given to the maxim “like attracts like”, which in New Thought philosophy is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive OR negative thoughts, a person brings positive OR negative experiences into their life.

Reasons to Not get Fat During the Holidays

“I’ll start back on my diet after the holidays.” Famous last words that I hear often, and quite frankly aggravate me to no end.
I’m curious, at what point of history did Americans declare that during the months of November and December, that it would be appropriate to add layers of body fat to their mid section? 3 pounds of pure body fat mind you, (I conveniently included an image in the article to showcase to you what 3 pounds of fat looks like) which is what the average person will gain this holiday season.
Eat this, not that

So I’m always looking for ways to diversify my diet and incorporate new concepts, fun recipes, and healthy alternatives to some of my favorite snacks to keep me mentally gratified, and that won’t screw up my progress and make me feel like a fat loser with zero discipline after the fact!
Throughout my journey I’ve realized the most effective way to avoid temptation with my diet is to stay ahead of it and incorporate foods and drinks that are not only good for me, but taste good as well!
