If you are new to living a healthy lifestyle and don’t plan on doing any meal prepping on your own, provided you’re at least 185 pounds, we always suggest new clients start with our 6 day muscle building meal plan with breakfast.

If you happen to weigh less, you can achieve your muscle building goals and save money in the process by utilizing our fat loss plans, as our bodies can only process a certain amount of protein, which is determined by a number of variables, most significantly our current weight.

This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the full variety of our weekly menu, including our breakfast items, which are made with organic ingredients, while allowing yourself the flexibility to ease into the process of eating 4 high protein meals per day.

If you do plan on doing some cooking on your own and have a better understanding of nutrition than most, we suggest our 5 day muscle building plan with breakfast to start.

The beautiful thing about using our service is you have the ability to easily make any adjustments needed to your plan to best suit your lifestyle.

Our Meals

Our menus are created using premium quality including organic produce, grass-fed beef, organic eggs, organic fruit, antibiotic/hormone-free poultry, grass-fed elk, bison & more…

Each menu is strategically created to help our clients achieve distinguished levels of health, wellness, confidence, and aesthetics.

You should eat every 3-4 hours. 

To get the best results, it’s important to understand the significance proper meal timing has on your metabolism and bodies ability to burn fat.

By fueling your body in this manner, you also prevent over eating later in the day or late night, an issue many struggle with that prevents them from reaching their goals. 

Set alarms on your phone to remind you that it’s time to eat until it becomes a part of your routine. 

We have to prioritize our eating times to achieve optimal results, no matter how busy we may in fact be. Fortunately, your Nutrition Solutions meals are ready to eat within :90 of removing them from your refrigerator and into the microwave!

Our meals come in vacuum-sealed containers. Most vacuum sealed foods will last in the fridge for 7-10 days. Vacuum sealed meals can last up to 3 months in the freezer.

Your Nutrition Solutions meals are packed with plenty of insulation and dry ice during transit; we recommend putting the meals straight into the refrigerator when they arrive.

The benefits of vacuum-sealed containers are:

• Protects Food From Freezer Burn

Freezer burn occurs when air comes into contact with water crystals around food. Vacuum sealing helps prevent this by keeping the air out of contact with the food. Freezer burn is not a danger to your health, however, it ruins the taste and texture of the food.

• Keeps Food Fresher Longer

The lack of air exposure allows for longer preservation and protection in the refrigerator. Vacuum sealing preserves food by inhibiting the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria.

• Improves Taste, Flavor

Vacuum sealing holds in the moisture, marinades, seasoning, and flavor of the food. Vacuum sealing removes most of the oxygen, preventing chemical reactions triggered by oxygen that cause food to spoil. It also prevents bacteria buildup that can spoilage in foods

If you aren’t able to eat your meals by the “Freeze By” date on the package, you can throw them in the freezer prior to the “Freeze By” date.

For your convenience, heating and storage instructions are conveniently listed on each meal as well as on the shipping box on the inside panel.

To heat up a meal in the microwave out of the refrigerator:

  • Remove the meal label
  • Heat up for at least :90
  • Remove from microwave, peel back film cover and enjoy!

* The plastic film may inflate and then deflate like a bag of popcorn depending on how long or how hot your microwave setting is. No worries, as this is perfectly normal!

To heat up a meal in the microwave out of the freezer:

  • Remove the meal label
  • Heat up for at least 3 minutes
  • Remove from microwave, peel back film cover and enjoy!

Protein pancakes and protein waffles:

  • Remove the lid and sugar free syrup included
  • Heat for :45 – :60 in microwave
  • Remove from microwave and enjoy!

Protein bars do not have to be heated, but if desired:

  • Remove the lid
  • Heat for :15 – :30 in microwave
  • Remove from microwave and enjoy!
