Weak Men Can’t Protect Their Family

Since the dawn of time…

Men have worked tirelessly to protect and provide for their families.

In ancient civilizations, men were solely responsible for defending the population against outside threats.

A traditional masculine man displayed attributes such as strength, power, and competitiveness.

A weak man could not protect his family or tribe from danger.

Most have seen the film “300”.

300 gives a glimpse of life in ancient Sparta.

Sparta was one of the most dominant, feared warrior cultures of human history.

What it took to get to that point is rarely discussed.

Every young Spartan boy was brought before a magistrate to be evaluated for physical readiness.

If a child was judged to be “unfit”…

They would be taken to a mountain gorge and left for the wolves – with 0 objections from the mother.

This is how serious Spartans were about enforcing the physical standards of their legendary culture.

For Sparta, the survival of their civilization depended on it.

Everyone loves hearing stories about warriors.

Few could comprehend what the warrior had to do to become a warrior.

The living conditions of the modern world are much easier, of course.

Still, in order to be deemed high value…

A man must possess the strength to be capable and competent in daily life.

Carrying the heavy items, opening the jar if your lady cannot, changing a flat tire, etc.

A man must also possess the strength to save a child’s life, or save their own child’s life…

Should there be a worst-case scenario.

For those reasons and many others…

A man must be able to do 50 push-ups.

If you’re not there yet, let’s get to work.

Push-ups don’t require a gym and can be done anywhere, anytime.

They build upper body strength, sculpt your pecs, work your core, and improve posture.

Set a goal to do 100 push-ups per day, 4 days a week.

Complete 100 reps in as few sets as possible.

Follow this protocol, and you’ll be knocking out 50 push-ups with ease in no time.
