Just like me, it is your personal responsibility to be fit and cultivate habits consistent to living a healthy lifestyle.

This isn’t optional. We’re obligated to do so…

And just like me, you owe…big time…

You owe it to your parents that brought you into the world.

You owe it to your family, as it is not fair to them to ultimately have to suffer the financial and stressful burden of your potential obesity-related illness and sickness.

You owe it to your significant other, as they deserve only the very best version of you.

You owe it to your kids, or any kids for that matter, as you are what they have to look up to, and whether you like it or not, they’ll model your actions accordingly.

You owe it to your grand babies, grand babies, as pre-disposing them to poor genes and putting them at a higher risk of disease and a life of depression and low self-esteem is extremely irresponsible.

You owe it to any member of the military who became paralyzed or disabled in combat, and would die to have the opportunity to live an active lifestyle.

You owe it to anyone in the Armed Services who paid the ultimate sacrifice, and gave their life fighting for your freedom.

But most importantly, you owe it to yourself.
