There are all kinds of things we want for ourselves, but as you know we don’t always get what we want. Ultimately we get what we are willing to work and make sacrifices for.
The difference between what we want and what we get comes down to Should vs. Must.
When we prioritize something as a “should”, we are just basically just putting our toe in the water. We are anything but fully committed and take actions that move us forward to that “thing” only some of the time. As I’m sure you’ve seen, this leads to nothing more than failure, frustration and disappointment.
When we view something as a must, we go all in, get laser focused and have a conquer or F’n die mentality toward the success of our mission.
Today I wanted to share with you a GUARANTEED strategy that will help you convert all of your “should’s” into “must’s” help take your life to the next level…
Before we can change our actions, we need to change the way we think… So what’s something that you’re going to change about your life??
Notice how I didn’t say “try to change”. ⠀
I don’t use the word try.
Because there is no try, you either are or you are not.
If you’re going to “try”, you’re going to lose.
By just stating the word “try” you transmit a powerful frequency of doubt and lack of belief into the universe, which will invariably be reciprocated with a comparable losing result. We use the word try only when we “feel” uncertain or fearful that we aren’t good enough.
That’s how the Law of Attraction works. It brings into our life the things we think about and feel most of the time.
So if we constantly feel stressed, depressed, lacking in confidence, unsure of ourselves and fearful of things that haven’t happened, ultimately we attract more things that cause those feelings into our reality.
But it goes the other way too…And that’s the key to changing your life in any area imaginable.
You have to BELIEVE.
Belief and specificity are essential when it comes to goal setting.
When you know exactly what you want and are willing to work for it, you don’t even need to know exactly what to do to make it happen.
The vibrations from your belief, desire and certainty of that outcome will attract, help you figure out and essentially pull the result you’re after into your life, perhaps without you even realizing it’s happening!
So from this point forward, you’re going to do things differently…
When you talk about your goals (and you should as much as possible to where it’s always in the forefront of your conscious and subconscious mind) whether on social media, with your friends or most importantly, when you’re alone with your own thoughts, ALWAYS state your intentions confidently, directly, matter of factly and in the moment, FEEL as if it’s already happening.
You have to train yourself to when you think or speak on a goal, to put yourself in a mental state of allowing your body and mind to FEEL as if you’ve already accomplished it. This isn’t easy at first, but it’s necessary.
How would you think, speak and act if you were already where you wanted to be?
How would you stand, walk, dress and carry yourself once you had reached your goal?
Do all of that now!! As in START TODAY!!
Aggressively seek out opportunities to put your goals out there for the world to see and hear.
Then go out and make it F’n happen!
By training yourself to do that, there is no limit to how far you will go in life…
