If you’re not getting the results you want, despite thinking you’re eating clean and training hard…
You’re consuming too many calories.
Or you’re not burning enough.
It’s that simple.
Fat loss isn’t magic – it’s basic math.
You MUST be in a daily calorie deficit.
According to the science, that deficit must be minimum 500 calories
More on that later…
Protein intake is legit 1/2 the battle when it comes to building a better a physique.
If you’re serious about looking better naked…
Not prioritizing protein is a metaphorical suicide mission on your fitness journey.
How much protein do you need a day?
If your goal is fat loss– 1 gram of protein per pound of your goal weight.
If you’re not at least tracking protein and hitting your optimal intake on a daily basis…
You will NOT see the results you want and deserve.
Now, in the event you are crushing your daily protein intake but are still not losing fat…
You need to track calories as well to ensure you’re in a daily deficit. (because you’re not, obviously.)
If you’re frustrated with your lack of progress or just want to accelerate your results faster than you ever thought possible…
Start tracking protein and calories.
Calories – IN & OUT.
Not in your head. Not by “guessing.”
It’s 2025- work smart. Use an app.
MyFitnessPal is free.
It takes less than 5 minutes a day to log your meals and is one of the most user friendly apps I’ve ever seen.
You’ll find just about every food listed in its library, including the entire menu at Nutrition Solutions.
Want next-level results? Track your calorie burn too.
I wear and love my Oura Ring- but whether it’s an Apple Watch, WHOOP, Fitbit…
Pick one. Wear it. Know your numbers.
At the end of every day, you NEED to be in a 600-calorie deficit minimum.
Not 500. 600.
The minimum standard of anything is for losers.
Eat a high-protein, nutrient dense diet.
Lift hard.
Instead of doing cardio for a number of minutes, set a calorie goal instead.
After you lift, burn (at least) 300 calories during cardio.
Do this daily, and fat WILL melt off your body.
No more guessing.
No more frustration.
No more excuses.
