A couple weeks ago I had an amazing meeting with the entire team at my company!
The purpose of the meeting was to clarify some very specific, quantifiable goals that I’ve set for the company and our team.
I wanted to ensure that each and every team member was familiar with our mission statement, core values, and understood the massive responsibility we have to our clients.
It was also put out that the standard at Nutrition Solutions had been raised indefinitely, and under no circumstances would be compromised.
Not only that, but a few team members who have been going above and beyond the call of duty were acknowledged, surprised, and presented an award with a cash bonus attached.
I’m so proud of my team, the progress they’re making personally/professionally, and the overall direction we are headed as a brand!
So as such, I decided to share with you this short video to give you a little behind the scenes look at how we do things at Nutrition Solutions!
Some may look at or perceive this as me trying to show off, and to those people I say this….YOU ARE 100% CORRECT!!!
I don’t think it’s possible for me to be more proud of this team and the people who have supported us on our journey, and I take no issue putting it all out there for the world to see!!!
They’ve earned it….And so much more.
