Where You Are Now VS. Where You Wanna Be

In case you missed this on my social media, I wanted to share a 1 min video with you that I’m hoping you’ll get something out of.

Although it rarely feels like it, A LOT can happen in a short period of time.

Provided of course your level of focus, intensity, and action forces the result you seek.

If we’re talking about fitness goals, I’ve seen clients lose 70 pounds in 4 months, 120 pounds in 12, go from being pre-diabetic and in the cusp of having insulin prescribed to them, to having their health in good standing in just 90 days, and on multiple occasions, witnessed employees of mine go from being 30-60 pounds overweight to walking on stage and competing in bodybuilding competitions for the very first time in 5 months or less!

The same level of extraordinary progress can occur in literally any area of life, whether it be personal or professional.

But before one is able to experience growth of any kind, he or she must first commit to force the result, and make the conscious decision to go ALL IN!

Last week I met with a young entrepreneur named Marco, who is the owner and operator of an up and coming meal prep company called BeFit Nutrition.

He’s looking to scale his business and reached out to me on social media with some questions related to the industry.

Instead of writing him a book of cliff note answers in my DM’s, I extended him the offer to fly in and come tour the Nutrition Solutions facility, and spend some one on one time with me.

We went over a lot during the meeting, but I feel this 1-minute clip may help put into perspective what’s needed to bridge the gap between where you are now, and where you wanna be.
