Motivation Everyday: HIIT & Guns

I can’t even tell you how excited I am to share today’s video with you!


I recently started a new system of training that combines TRUE high-intensity interval training, with real life self-defense and tactical fire arm scenarios.

I’ve been training for a long time and have become proficient in everything from Pilates, kickboxing, to traditional weight training, and I can truthfully tell you that I’ve never done anything that comes close to the adrenaline rush I get while doing this! Not to mention fun, challenging, and overall efficient!

Hopefully, this gets you fired up so you can go kill your workout later today, tomorrow, or whenever, as you know have full access to it!
