I was thrown in jail 17 times before my 18th Birthday…

Today I wanted to talk to you about change. You see, in today’s society, we are often forced into believing our past or present circumstances are what will ultimately dictate our future.

We are misled into accepting this fallacy as reality because it’s easier than the latter.

It requires no additional effort to just “settle”, accept mediocrity, and blend in with the average.

So let’s say “Cedric” is overweight. His parents are overweight, their parents are overweight, his friends and most of his co-workers are, and so on and so forth. He states he doesn’t have time for the gym or to eat the way he should, and thinks he’s stressed out from work, but most likely he feels that way because his body doesn’t look the way he wants it to. He’s tried some “diets” and saw some progress, but has never truly stayed consistent with anything which ultimately leads him back to square 1. It’s been this way forever seemingly, and at this point, “Cedric” has given up hope and adopted the obligatory, “it is what it is” mentality, which deep down, makes him physically sick.

Like “Cedric”, I spent a large portion of my life walking down and living on that average street. As a troubled youth (that’s giving myself a lot of credit), I was subjected to and engaged in activities most of you will only read about or see on TV.

I can remember being around 4 years old in a small apartment filled with people doing drugs, I vaguely recall being pulled out of my home in the middle of the night by police and social services multiple times, I was FORCED to smoke my first cigarette when I was 5, I bounced around foster homes, group homes, slept under bridges and on the beach, and dealt with abuse in every way you can fathom.

My “not so Brady-Bunch-style” upbringing instilled a lot of anger, resentment and hostility in me and was a lot for such a young mind to take on. As a result, I adopted a mentality and outlook that was in no way conducive to a favorable path in life, and as the title of this read suggests, was arrested 17 times prior to my 18th birthday!
Citing specifics on exactly what I did to get my sh*t together would require a 2-300 page novel at minimum, which I will write one day, but for now, out of respect for your time and to paraphrase;

I CHANGED.

And the reality is, so can “Cedric”, or anyone else in any type of situation who has lost hope or adopted a similar mentality to him.

Today I want to share with you some REAL life success stories from clients I’ve had the privilege of helping. The individuals here, all of who have different stories, circumstances, backgrounds, and goals, sent these inspirational messages to us.

Most of these people have absolutely nothing in common, other than the following 3 things:

1) They give me entirely too much credit.
2) They decided and committed to change, and took massive action to make it happen.
3) They trusted my team and me and put to use the tools and resources provided to them to make their goals a reality.

IF YOU’D LIKE TO HEAR HOW THESE PEOPLE TOOK ACTION TO CHANGE THEIR LIFE, CONTINUE READING.
Out of respect for the privacy of each client, we have elected to leave each name as anonymous.

Hi Chris,

Not quite sure if you still remember who I am, but I thought I would check in and say hi.

I’m happy to report that ever since speaking with you, I have completely changed my eating habits. You being so humble and down to earth motivated me so much, and by eating the meals, watching your videos, and using the goal setting templates you provide, I’m proud to say I’ve lost 90 pounds. I have made a complete lifestyle change and used what you taught me to harness my depression and stress, and incorporate them into the gym. I don’t want to sound weird since we don’t even know each other, but brother; you really caused my whole transformation. I basically studied you as weird as it sounds, and you brought light at the end of the tunnel. You are a great inspiration and I see that you’re doing wonderful. Congrats, you deserve it all.

Chris,

I wanted to reach out to you and say thank you to you for posting such an amazing video. I am part of the obese population, but about 11 weeks ago I made a commitment to myself to change that. Thanks to you and some amazing friends who support my journey to a new fit mind/body/soul I am well on my way. That being said I am always looking for ways to enhance my journey. Usually, people focus solely on changing the physical but not addressing the other aspects of what it means to be a truly fit person.

The fact that you tackle the mind as well as the body is exceptional and shows people it is more than just a journey to look good or physically feel better. It’s a life journey to BE better. I have changed my mind from thinking negative to positive. And now that I have addressed the attitude, I can tackle the physical and mental strength needed to become a healthy person, mind, body and soul.

I was a 368-pound person 11 weeks ago, who is now down to 322 lbs. I was sitting here tonight tired and overwhelmed in my gym gear trying to make the decision to get up and go to the gym. I have let things interrupt my routine and take away from my commitment.

Then I saw this video you had sent out on Facebook After about 3 minutes, I was drawn in and could not stop watching. People don’t always listen to learn. But I wanted to let you know that I truly valued you insight.

You inspire me and have unknowingly supported me on my long journey to a new and improved me.

Thank you for doing what you do and being who you are. Thank you for speaking your mind so that someone like me doesn’t feel so alone and doesn’t feel like I am the only one who is stressed and overwhelmed at times. And thank you for reminding me that strength comes from within and doing what it is that makes you happy regardless of whatever else is going on. I look forward to more of your influence and inspiration throughout my journey.

Hello Chris,

Thank you for the follow-up email…honestly, this is an INCREDIBLE program and I’m grateful to have found you guys. I’ve used many companies like this for “meal prep”, but there is one thing that sets Nutrition Solutions apart from the rest: YOU!!! It is obvious you care about your clients and pride yourself on their success!

Of course, I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know, but the time that I am saving has given me a new lease on life! I know how to cook, and perfectly capable of cooking, but the reality is my time is much better spent focusing on building my business and spending it with my beautiful family.

Since starting with you guys and following your content, I feel so much more energized, focused, and overall determined! I made some adjustments internally with my business and our sales have increased 20% over the last 3 months! Now most would not understand the correlation between that and Nutrition Solutions, but I know for a fact there is a deep connection between proper nutrition, feeling better and increased performance and productivity.

I really look forward to not only eating the meals but am also just as excited to read your blogs every week! Sometimes I feel guilty and like I should be paying more for that GOLD you send us!

Please keep it coming. I read every word and have modeled some of your workout videos on there. Thanks for all you do! You’ve earned a customer for life.

Chris,

My name is _____. I’m 27 and I just wanted to take the time to say what a true inspiration you are . I’ve been a client for 8 months and have been following you on Instagram for even longer. Everything you’ve done and the manner you live just inspires me in the gym and in life in general. I had been working out for about a year and decided to take it serious with nutrition, which led me to you. I just wanted to say thank you.

Learning how to eat right has made me a completely different person all for the better. I know there is a lot of people out there you inspire, and I want to let you know that your efforts are helping people like me strive to be someone like you. And one day, I will. Thanks again.

Chris,

You said when you first met me I had potential and every year I would start getting more and more successful, mature, and living my life in such a way where I would be driven to push to the next level.  Not only have you helped me exceed my fitness goals of adding over 30 pounds of lean muscle, but you taught me that opportunities will come at the right time and for the right reasons.  Sometimes you can’t explain why things happen the way they do, but you just have to go with the flow and understand with consistency comes results.  I now average $8-10k a month where I’m at, and create better relationships daily with more successful people.  I have a lot more confidence and look at myself with higher value with increasing goals. .Thank you for kick starting that mindset!”

“THANK YOU for helping me.  I can’t wait to get back to my normal size and post a huge flipping before and after! I might even get a Nutrition Solutions tattoo!! LOL Seriously, thank you for your guidance.  I was severely depressed and on the verge of a mental meltdown.  I hated my life.  Made me question a lot about myself, my passion for health and fitness, and just overall direction in life.  This was way more than gaining weight and struggling to lose it…It tested everything I stood for if that makes sense. I’m down 13 pounds in 3 weeks and although not yet where I want to be, seeing this progress is allowing me to experience so much joy and happiness to keep my tunnel vision and I thank YOU for that!”

Dear Mr. Cavallini,

My name is ____. I doubt you will read this, but In case you do here you go. About 2 years or so ago I was in a place where I wasn’t satisfied with my life. Mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, the list goes on. I followed you on the social media platforms and saw your success, saw your happiness (though it may be stressful at times doing what you do), the effect you had on people’s lives, the deep thinking manner in which you talked about in your posts, and the hard ass work you put in into all aspects of your life. I thought to myself… I want that. And hearing you came from a similar background and lifestyle as my own made me think, “hell if he can do it why can’t I?”. So I started putting in the work. I asked you some influential books to read. You listed about 5 and since then I’ve read about 40. Self-betterment, business, finance, etc type books. Prior I had read ONE book in my entire life on my own that is no exaggeration.

I started being consistent in the gym and on my diet. Didn’t miss a beat. Meditated, practiced breathing habits when things got stressful, showed gratitude and was always positive to others, thought positively always, made my bed every day, did the little things in life right and put in the work. As I’ve been up for 2 hours now and done my morning workout and rituals I watched your video about tips of things you did while your life seemed “ideal” as it could at the time. I wanted to let you know you further impacted me and further reinforced those things into my thoughts. I figured if you knew you at least had a hand in helping change one persons life that it would all be worth it.

I leave for Marine Corps boot camp in 10 days. I wanted to gain better experience in leadership, organization, discipline, a sense of pride, comradery, and assistance with school to be paid for as I work towards getting an MBA and better understanding of business/entrepreneurship like you. Thanks again for putting your experiences and knowledge out there.
