The Real Reason Americans Are Fat

3,600.

That’s the number of calories the average American eats daily

1,000.

That’s the number of calories MORE than the majority of men need just to maintain their current weight.

Pair that with a lack of exercise, or movement in general…

And it’s clear why we’re facing an obesity and mental health crisis of biblical proportion.

75% of Americans are overweight.

Almost 50% are obese.

That’s according to the CDC.

Bottom line…

People are eating way too much food.

Not out of necessity or hunger.

But for comfort, leisure, and as a coping mechanism to stress.

Most are also unaware of this fact because they’ve been doing it for so long.

Chances are you’re not part of this statistic and you’re absolutely KILLING IT.

With your fitness, diet, and in life.

But then again, there’s also a chance that you’re not.

Maybe, you’re not only NOT getting enough exercise…

Maybe…

You’re also eating way too much of the wrong things.

Highly processed foods, fast food, sweets, refined sugar, seed oils etc.

If this is the case…

I’m gonna respectfully request that you immediately remove your head from your ass and stop treating your body like a garbage disposal.

The foods you consume are either making you better- or making you worse.

They’re either slowing the aging process down…

Or speeding it up.

There’s no middle ground here

So stop playing around with your health because when you play stupid games…

You win stupid prizes.

Plus you’re not getting any younger.

So if you don’t start making your health a priority now, then when?

You’re a provider and protector.

So your family needs the healthiest, fittest, most BADASS version of you.

Not the sick, fat, incapable downgrade.

Get it together.

Start today.
