Next Time You Say “I Don’t Have Time” Remember This

Week_Hours_Health_Planning

The most common excuse human beings use to justify not taking the productive action needed to better themselves, whether it be with the gym, their diet, personal development, learning a new skill , pursuing a new goal or hobby etc is……

You may have guessed it…”I Don’t Have Time!”

As we approach a new week, my intention here is NOT to debate the validity of that statement, (excuse) but to lay out some objective facts that I feel may help people see things from a different perspective.

There are exactly 168 hours in every week…

If you spend 40 hours at work.

Sleep for 8 hours every night.

Spend 3 hours of quality time with your family, friends and loved ones.

and then…

F*cked Off For 3 Hours Every Single Day!

Guess what?

You would still have 30 hours left to INVEST anyway you choose!

So the moral of the story is this…

Excuses will always be there, opportunity on the other hand will not.

…in this beautiful life that we’ve been gifted and only get to experience it once mind you, we got 2 options.

Make excuses. Or make progress!

So with that said…

Kick ass this week, stay consistent and crush every obstacle that’s foolish enough to stand in your path!
