The Difference Between High Performers & Average People

The Difference Between High Performers & Average People

The biggest difference between high performers and average people comes down to systems.

My morning routine is a well-oiled machine.

I wake up. Make my bed. Brush my teeth.

Then I set the tone for the day by knocking out 50 burpees, before sitting in a 39-degree cold plunge for 3 minutes.

I take my morning supplements, eat a light, high-protein breakfast, and review my finances or read a book while I digest.

Then I walk down a flight of stairs to my garage gym, where I proceed to go to war for 40-50 minutes.

5x a week, I’ll use the sauna after I train to really optimize fat burning, recovery, and longevity.

Keep in mind, I accomplish all of this without even leaving the house.

Being healthy, fit, and capable is important to me.

So, I invested in a cold plunge, home gym, and sauna to streamline the process.

I have alarms set on my phone to remind me when it’s time to eat.

I don’t have to think about what I’m going to eat.

I don’t waste time driving to pick up seed oil infused fast foods, or blow money on Uber eats. The meals I eat are clean, high protein, and portion control is taken care of.

My nutrition is always on point because I always have clean, healthy meals on hand.

I don’t cook. The team of fitness chefs at Nutrition Solutions prepare a variety of high protein, nutrient dense meals every week for me and all of our clients.

Besides saving time, energy, and stress, by delegating by diet to a team of culinary experts…

I also enjoy delicious food, that tastes far better than anything I could ever cook myself.

Staying lean year round is EFFORTLESS for me because I spend 0 energy worrying about what to eat. It’s all laid out for me.

I apply the exact same structure with business.

I delegate, automate, and systemize everything that someone else can do.

Nutrition Solutions grew 40% in 2023. This year, our growth target is even more aggressive.

In order for me to get the best results with my business, I need to invest my time on the things that only I can do.

The highest value, biggest needle-moving initiatives.

I waste 0 mental energy on tasks that can be easily delegated, automated, or outsourced.

Even this blog post.

I wrote this in the notes in my phone and texted it to one of the team who sends adds it to the Nutrition Solutions website.

All of my bills, supplements, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are on auto-pay/ship.

By freeing up my mind of trivial matters, I can focus on the things that truly require my unique skills and attention.

Average people are usually overwhelmed, disorganized, and constantly feeling like they have no time for anything.

They’re easily bogged down with low value tasks, failing to realize that their time and mental energy are their most valuable assets.

They have no systems in place and are not intentional with their actions or time.

The best systems aren’t just about technology or tools; they’re about people.

Surround yourself with people that complement your skills and share your vision.

If you hang out with 5 fit people, guess who’s gonna be the 6th?

If you feel like you’re burning the candle at both ends but still not making any progress….

Start putting systems in place that make your life easier and more efficient.

Free up your mental energy and reclaim control over your life.

With the right systems, you’re not just winning the day; you’re winning at life.
