Despite being a “red meat”, Elk has 1/5 the amount of fat as regular beef, yet is richer in healthy Omega-3’s, CLA, and other “good fats” that aid in weight loss, improve muscle mass, and increase cardiovascular health, making it a perfect addition to our fat loss meal plans.
